are you insured riding with ur mates stop being such idiots
Do you charge your mates £5 to ride features you built, then offer prizes?
By charging for the privilege and giving prizes this constitutes an official event. Under UK law (and probably several other countries) the event organiser has a duty of care to ensure the safety of the participants. No matter what 'waivers' they sign. You are wide open to liability unless you complete the risk assessments, have event liability insurance and on-site first aid.
Keep it down low as a jam format and have a ball. Just don't charge. Maybe a voluntary donation. Or a sweepstake. Except you have to be 18 to gamble
AT YOURE OWN RISK NO CLAIMS LOL OR JUST DO A DAY NO MONEY OR PRIZES THEN ITS NOT OFFICIAL IN ANY WAY ISIT JUST A LOAD OF PEOPLE RIDING AND IF ITS YOURE LAND
omg its a fun day are you insured riding with ur mates stop being such idiots it will be mental
is it still happening
If you organise a PUBLIC competative event you need liability insurance.. Inviting your 'mates' isnt a public event.. An open invite on a public forum is.. Personally I'd never bother but say someone got killed you'ed be in the shit!
