There's a third adjustment - rotation.
I run mine at -5 degrees. It helps me turn left.

Thibaut Daprela Breaks Scaphoid at Loudenvielle DH World Cup 2023
From the web - The scaphoid bone is one of the carpal bones on the thumb side of the wrist, just above the radius. The bone is important for both motion and stability of the wrist joint.
Unfortunately I know all too well what it is after an OTB to hand plant, similar to Thibaut (albeit far slower) left me visiting the hand specialist for observation. NHS were very hot on it, concerned it could be broken and worried about it not fusing, leading to possible bone necrosis! A small bone but an important one. I got "lucky" and 3 rounds of x-ray and consultant checks confirmed it was 'just' bruising and ligaments that still took over 6 months to heal.

@Muggsly: My 2022 went squishy very quickly and was serviced under warranty. It then blew all its oil and was replaced under warranty with a 2024. Evidently much improved. Time will tell!
