if the teeth are completely stripped where the tool slides in, i think its time to get a new frame

if you dont mind destroying the bb, then you could do something like trying to get a stuck bolt out, like sawing in to the face of the bb and using a bit of metal to turn it. how about drilling a hole in to each of the shells and using a screwdriver to be a handle? sorry if its not very clear.

^^^^ actually, thats a better idea. then if something goes wrong, you can get them to give you a new frame, cos it would be their fault rather than yours.
(btw i wasnt 100% serious about the 'make them give you a new frame' bit)

What kind of BB is it? If its a cheap one with a plastic non-drive side and thats the rounded off side; then remove the drive side and just smash the plastic bit out..
