hardtails rule! dont get me wrong i love my full susser but my hardtail will always be favourite.
heres my not-the-latest-the-one-before chameleon with a new paintjob and rebuild.

weighs 28.6lbs but can pretty much take everything i throw at it. its last build was pushing 33lbs but that was on a real tight budget so now it really flies on those contouring trails too. still doesnt like uphills though, a bit short, slack and high in the front end to be a fast uphiller. obviously if i was bothered about that i wouldnt have bought a chameleon!
my do all hardtail. just got a second bike a week back, so she'll be recomissioned as the commuter. but we had a very good run. great for riding all on the local trails and looking for what evertrouble there is
lol i was looking into fullys for my next bike but i dunno. theyre supposed to be alot harder to ride arent they?
i held that full suspension and clipless pedals were for old men. after over 10 yrs of riding i finally went and got one. brodie dissident. all the negitives have been solved over the years - stable platform shocks have sorted peddle bob, they dont break or twist and dont wiegh too much. there are not harder to ride. just make sure u take your time, do your homework and get a bike for what u ride and not just go get the latest hot thing all the kids are getting.
I have a hartail and a full suspension. It took me a couple months to get used to the fully and at first i hated hated it. Soon I realized that fully bikes are a totally different animal than hardtails. After i adjusted my riding style I am never going back. The bike corners, jumps, and hits so damn well...
