You again!aha, erm V8s have a grease port and are a bit heavier and ball bearings, V12s have cartridge bearings, you can upgrade axle if your into lightening it up, erm , basically the V12s will last you longer, spin more smoothly.
im thinking of upgraing my current pedals to V12's, and was wondering if you had found any problems with them, as im an unemployed 15 year old, and its a fair sized investment for me.
i had v12's for about a month before they rattled loose, looking inside there is only one sealed bearing and a bushing, the v8's dont stay very smooth for long but seem more robust and are about half the price,
ive had my v 12's for bout 4 years now i think, used them for a while on my freeridebike but mostly for the street bike (pedal grind included and loads of crashes lol) and not a bit of play, if they ever break am getting another pair they are worth the money
Had 3 pairs of v12 in the past 5 years. Awesome pedals. Bearings last ages! The Body of the pedals aern't the best though as I have had two pair crack. Recently snapped a axle so using Gusset slim jims at the mo. I would happily get them again though. Superb grip. Last ages too.
