After a lot of girls having difficulties finding cycling clothing/apparel and accessories, I have compiled a shot list of some manufacturers that offer clothing for women. It is designed specifically with us in mind and it looks stellar! However, not all these links are for DH/FR. There are some companies in here that have products for road and xc riders as well. Since this is a mountainbike website, I thought I would do this for all disciplines. There is also clothing for training and hanging/chilling around the house that looks uber comfortable and sporty. Therefore, it was included too. I am sure that I forgot some common manufacturers so if you have any to add, let me know so we can make this resource the best resource for women using this site! I didn't bother linking to the Transition site for the Syren or to the Norco site for the Vixa or any other companies that make women's specific bikes but I will eventually get around to it.

Is this just girl's product links? If so, I'm lovin http://www.freeridefoundation.com/shop/ who do lots of women's mountain bike clothes but only seem to ship to Canada and the US Frown They have a blog there too.

And if it's other stuff too - http://marthahucker.com covers womens DH/Freeride stuff, with new content every day, and product reviews (will be doing an EVS neckbrace review after racing with it this weekend - so far, it's a bit of a pain to set up if you have, erm, a 'girly' chest! But the straps can get around it with a lot of adjustment). It's only a week old now, but have a look. ANY feedback much appreciated, I'm just trying to get a 'resource' going that we can all use instead of scratching around the 'net for girls riding news, vids and products.

Kona's got some awesome apparel coming out for 09 (and have had awesome stuff for the past few years). They really stepped it up - check it out. Their tees are especially great because they actually make them long enough.

Ladies;

I just ordered some of the 5.10 Impact Carver cycling shoes for my girl from MEC. None in store, but they are available online. It was hard to find some decent shoes for her, and these should do the trick.

I will now return to the gender-neutral portion of the site.

Cane Creek has small size road brake levers that are excellent and inexpensive. I had a trek wsd road bike that was good geometry for my body. It had 650c wheels and short top tube that helped me stretch out my arms with my small torso.

chain reaction cycle and calgary cycle online both do free shipping if you order over a certain dollar value. We often get a bunch of people together to fill the amount. Chainlove has good one time deals but not free shipping. good luck.

Ahh thank you! I'm totally going to take advantage of this. I usually just go for mens stuff in a smaller size just to avoid the headache. But I'm pretty sure that my boyfriend is tired of me cramping his style ahah. Occasionally we unintentionally end up with matching outfits! Oops, he doesn't think its cute.

ahhh thank you for your share. I have searched the links for the items, it is very helpful for me. I used to find smaller sizes
for men cycling jersey. I think Pearl Izumi is suit for me.

Great list! I LOVE my Selle Italian Diva saddle! Pearl Izumi and Oakley have some great studs worth checking out too.

I just wish Pearl would ease up on the flowers. Seems like a lot of their women's gloves have flowers on them. I love fresh flowers, just don't need them on my gloves! Confused

Bless You. This is a amazing list. Found a few sites I didn't even think of looking at.
