wat is the diffrence the cap is slightly lighter and slacker and the sub is slightly stronger and comes in 26 and 24 and has disc mounts

The differences are the capital has shorter chainstays so easier manualing, its stronger (alot of subs have snapped in 08.), its got a steeper HA 72-73 with a rigid which means more bmx feel, and shorter wheelbase so its easier to spin.
the capital is basically more street/park oriented

here are a few more important things to consider

If your running a rigid you should get a Capital, they are designed around one. the sub with a rigid has a BB height under 12 which is too low IMO. my sub had 11.8 bb and it was hard to manual and i hit it on the coping at the park alot.

also like mentioned above the 08 subs snap alot where the top tube meets the seat tube. almost all of them had rigids on them.

i was just making the most lightweight build i could think of above.

i use the NS district high rise, heavy but feel soo good. my bike is only 24 pounds with a brake so i don't really mind the heavy bars

If i had that bike i could make it a fair bit lighter in my opinion...

i agree it could be lighter, but i use this for dirt and street so the TT tires are the lightest for both, the sus fork is only 3.75 and i can completely lock it out for park and my wrists are jacked so no rigid for now, the bars are heavy but im not changing them, i like the rise and feel, the pedals are already lighter than most plastic pedals and the ti ones cost alot.

i wouldn't want it any lighter cause its a little twitchy as is but id be interested in what you would change to make it lighter.

if i was going pure street i could change it to the specs i posted earlier and make it 21 pounds.

that build will be 26 lbs at least, atomlab gi cranks are heavy, hubs are heavy, fork is way heavy, etc etc, im not trying to be a jerk, just letting you know before hand so your not pissed when you build it up.

with that said it should be a sick build, im starting to feel that way light is not good, especially if your jumping it. 28-30 is perfect for DJ's and light is good for park/street.

ok enough comments in a row, time to ride

rebate is much better than any rigid fork, tough as f*ck and has the best dropouts.
and dont listen to what alot of these noobs say, you dont want to be running alu bars on a rigid bike. its plain dirty

you wanna build one like mine, pretty much perfect
