Hydro for the rear.

New bar and stem if you want to go lighter.

New wheelset.

if you are going to do a lot of dj and street, get new rims and brakes, i know a lot of people who have bent single tracks rims. i think you should get juicy 3's or fives if you got the money, maybe even exilirs

yo, really sweet riot. I just built up my mob and am loving it. its 28lbs, and could be easily lighter. What i have is an argyle 409, Mavic 729 rims, XT hubs, avid code (big weight but super power). so those would be the things i would change.

Wow. That reminds me of my Riot from earlier in the year:

Then I swapped all the parts to a new Mob...

I would definately look at a new wheelset. Go with a SS rear hub. It is lighter and builds a stronger wheel. I built a Profile SS Ti cassette rear/Profile non-disc front hubset on Mavic 721 and they are super light. Plus if you have profiles (can't tell) get a Ti spindle. Also go pivotal and save some more weight.

Now it looks like this: 28.25lbs
