As long as your protecting your brain, I would worry about it, so no I wouldn't laugh. If you were wearing http://www.whiterose.org/pete/blog/113_1400.JPG this on the other hand, yea I would definatley laugh.

it would work. but you might look a little dumb. look at like Wal-Mart or superstores, you can usually find a BMX/Skate helmet for like $20 there.

use one like that for every type of riding. who cares if people laugh anyway. better they laugh than have to phone an ambulance or your parents when you knock yourself out. its only a small minority who concern themselves with laughing about stuff like what helmet your wearing

you could get a regular bucket for the same price as one of those, probably for less, but no i dont think anyone would laugh and you would have nice airflow in the summer

Yeah, you could go get a 'real' lid at a store for the same price, but that Fox will offer far better protection than a DJ lid. And if you have it already, then don't sweat and rest assured your noggin is safe.

Im facing the same dilema, look cool or be safe haha, ive just got a cannondale chase and love dirt jumping but i only have my big full face because i ride downhill as well. So for the last few days ive been going out on my new dj'er with my full face on feeling like abit of a prat. But i really wouldnt wonna face plant and loose all my teeth... Anyone got any advice lol?
