Allow me to start, im on my fourth week of my (i geuss you can call it) powerlifting routine(it consists of other various workouts not just bench,squat, and deadlift.)Anyway, im 5'10" tall and about 147 lbs, currently FREEWEIGHT benchpressing a max. of 160lbs, i am squating a max. of 200 lbs, and deadlifting a max. of 255lbs.
Now everyone post your weights and such, and feel free to discuss anything on the topic.
Sounds impressive. Not to be a dick, but I don't beleive it. Do you touch your chest on bench? Hit 90 degrees on squats?
Yes I do I put a pad on the the middle of the bar so when I touch my chest its padded. On squats I do go about 90 degrees I used to go further down but it hurt my knees and football players used to go lower than 90 but it is sooo bad for your knees. All the weights are true, Ive been working out for about 2 years and my dad used to be a body builder =) GOT the genes from him =P
