1. Gravity Light bends easily and Saint are heavy. Go for Hozzfeller OCT (not the crappy Hussefelt!)

Since they have an 18 pound bb, 09' Saints are in the same general neighbourhood. Atlas FR are an option. With all these bending G'Lights you never really see them.

3. This wheel-set "DT FR 2350" is race only.. It won't last 3 or 4 runs in full race speed, it was made to dent easily, on the other hand you wont get a flat!

The EX1750 is a regular all around wheel-set and wont dent after 3 or 4 runs.

The lightest wheel on the market would be Industry Nine rear Hub and Spokes and 729 rim on the back (strong and reliable).. And Hadley front hub, Sapin spokes and Sun MTX 31 rim on the front wheel (strong and super light).
Mavic 823 rims are way soft, you might get some nasty dents quickly..

2009 2350 sets use a stronger alloy and are more resistant to denting. An all mountain wheelset of 1750 grams is not a long term race set anymore than 2350's and if not on the Sunday already can be difficult to find as they are not sold in 150 x 12 (came OEM on Sundays and 303's). Your wheelset is 2265 grams without tape, not exceptionally heavy, but not that light either and adds weight to where you feel it most

Sorry didn't mean this to be all at you........after reading this thread I'm amazed I can get to the bottom of the hill with all my flimsy parts.

No, they're as race-y as a wheelset can get.

150mm ex1750 rear's are avaliable, you just have to do some work.
