I just replaced my shifter cables and now i cant get my front derailleur out far enough on my big ring. Do i need a cable puller to do this?

Thanks. I read that but just wanted someone who has done it to tell me that i do or don't need it. I didn't know if i was doing it wrong or not.

check to make sure your cable does not have excess slack and that your high limit screw is not preventing the shift up

also make sure your low limit screw is adjusted properly so that your shift is starting from the correct position and not too close to the frame
