Well if the bike's stand over (floor to top tube) is 31 inches, and your inseam is 31 inches (from the floor to "the boys") than you can stand over the bike with 2 feet flat on the floor. If it's less than you have to consider if you want a bike that is too big for you right now. If your inseam is greater or equal than the bike is ok for you.

same here i ride a 05 Small norco six im about 5 4 and i love the feel of a smaller bike
I'm 5'10 and ride a small 04' Wilson. The top tube is pretty low, about 30 inches from the ground. No idea if it'll fit you or not though. Check your inseam, or buy it, watch the twig and berries for a while and you'll grow into it.

most full suspension devinci frames have about the same geometry, so just go to your local dealer and sit on a small full suspension devinci and see if it fits, it probably will fit though and if it doesn't you can bring the seat farther forward and bring back the stem and just play with it till you get the feel for it.
