what does all of this pawl stuff mean and the advantages and disadvantages.

Essentially the more pawls in a hub, the less lag time before the freewheel engages. you know that little bit of play before your hub before it bites. more pawls = quicker engagement, possibly louder but a lot more possibility of something going wrong
what about those Surly rims that are like 4x4 truck wheels?---not that they could be run on any mountain bike...
65mm width? You could run them on Most Banshees/Mythics, on the front of a monster T for sure, pretty sure many other bikes/forks could handle them as well.

Not sure if those are the exact ones, but yea. As for those TIRES... pretty sure monster T could still fit em, no clue about a Scream. I'll try if someone has one though haha.
