tiers and tubes , air shock and forks save a tonne if it has 2 front rings(and you only normally use one) get rid of the smaller one and the deraluer(sp*)and shifter (obviously)

build a time machine and when you tell people at 14 years old that you need a 45lb DH bike and they say you don't, listen to them perhaps....

pft mine was at 21kg wich is 46.2970751 pounds lol

i change frame though so it will be 19 kg wich is 41.8878298 pounds, still heavy, but lighter than the other...

now i have a new bash aswell, maybe getting a new stem coz mine weights 270 grams, new wheels, both my wheels weigh 5.3 kg(12 pounds)

so yeah, wheels, tubes, remove some parts and weigh them, then buy lighter ones, even if second hand, if you save 100 grams on each part, say you replace 10 parts, thats on kg (2.2 pounds)
