With most large manufacturers, you can contact them with basic questions but for specific service (parts, warranty etc.) you almost always have to go through a shop or other intermediary. It seems kind of stupid to me but then again, I guess that they would be flooded with poorly filled-out forms and stupid requests for warranty.
Except I already did and it still leaks oil on my stanchons.
thats pretty typical for boxxers if you are riding them a lot. not bad for them, just put new oil in every few rides.
rock shox is going to laugh at you if you try to get that warrantied. not really a warranty problem at all.
I wasn't planing on geting them warrantied, I was just wondering what was going on because it started right as I bought it, before I rode at all. I changed the seals and no difference. I am not expecting to get a new fork or anything, just asking questions. I also didn't know that was typical for boxxers for my brother has the same fork as me and it never does that. His stanchons always stay clean.
