It's possible. Although not practical in any way shape or form.

Well it's basically the same process as chrome/nickel plating.

All your doing is annodising them a different colour. Would cost a canny bit though as tolerance would have to be kept and all that malarky. I've seen a pic of boxxers with red stancions.

Go google how to chrome things. Then tweak it to do what you want.

I'm not certain, although I don't think so.
It would probably just impair the functionality of the fork.

Seems like a lot to do just to turn your fork into an ad for a drink company. But i am very interested into how someone would go about colouring their stanchions.

nah not really that. there monster T's so they would look sweet with monster decals on it. And i wanna go black and green with everything. cause it looks dope.

I don't think Ano would work. I don't think it would be smooth enough.

i would not be surprised if anodizing worked, but it wont be easy. you will have to disassemble your fork and get out all the internals. correct me if I am wrong, but anodizing doesn't use heat, just chemicals. if heat is involved... you will F ur fork.

I think anodizing costs about as much as powdercoating... so you would be looking at about 30-40 bucks???? just a guess.

i would love to see some pics of this if it is successful (or not).

good luck!
