4 - How often do you replace your bike?
I'm 2k into a bike or a major overhaul every year.

5 - Should a bike be made to last or just to race for a season? Season for racing, a little more for FR, etc.

6 - When do you plan to replace your current bike(s)?
W/in a year

7 - How much do you (on average) spend on a bike/full build?
e.Less than £4000

(8 - Would you be interested in paying slightly more for a bike if it were to have 29” wheels, as opposed to 26” (say an extra £300-£500)?
Sure. I'm all over it for trail riding already!

9 - Which comes first for you:
b. Performance

10 - Would you prefer to deal with a large company such as Specialized, or with a smaller company such as Cove?
- Why? Lots of resources, QC/testing crews, and the reach and stretch of a corporation, as opposed to closeness and love, as it were. Smalls claim to care, but the LBC is the big folks' way of showing love.

1 - What interests you more?
a. Racing – speed
b. Hucking – drops

2 - Is the weight of a bike much of an issue for you? (yes/no) Chicks need lighter bikes to throw around! For the weight difference to be even for a 125lb chick, to a 185lb dude with a 40lb bike; the chicks bike would need to weigh 27 pounds. A chick riding a 40lb bike, is like a 185lb dude riding a 59.2lb bike. Yeah girls, we really are that badass.

3 - Would the amount of travel a fr/dh bike has influence your decision in buying a bike? (between 6 and 12 inches) (yes/no) FR - 6 to 7", DH race - 7 to 8"

4 - How often do you replace your bike?
a.Every Season
b.Every other season
c.Other Just started, so I'm not sure. So far, I had to bump up after 1 season to a bigger bike as my riding progressed. Now I have nothing bigger to go to, so we'll have to see!

5 - Should a bike be made to last or just to race for a season? Built to last a racer will go through that bike in one season either way, and a recreational rider will want to keep that bike as long as possible.

6 - When do you plan to replace your current bike(s)?
a.Within the next six months
b.Within the next year
c.Within two years
d.Other.... What would you classify buying next seasons bike 3 weeks ago as? lol

7 - How much do you (on average) spend on a bike/full build?
a.Less than £1000 (USD $1,654.85 or CAD $1,766.69)?
b.Less than £1500 (USD $2,482.59 or CAD $2,650.56)? I don't pay retail.
c.Less than £2000 (USD $3,310.39 or CAD $3,532.45)?
d.Less than £2500 (USD $4,137.66 or CAD $4,416.19)?
e.Less than £3000 (USD $4,964.43 or CAD $5,298.69)?
f.More than £3000 (USD $4,964.43 or CAD $5,298.69)? If I paid retail, this is what it would cost.

8 - Would you be interested in paying slightly more for a bike if it were to have 29” wheels, as opposed to 26” (say an extra £300-£500)? No. I wouldn't even pay £300-£500 LESS for a 29er.

9 - Which comes first for you:
a.Ease of maintenance (or the lack of need of maintenance?
b.Performance?

10 - Would you prefer to deal with a large company such as Specialized, or with a smaller company such as Cove? I can't choose. I love Specialized, but in general I love smaller companies. Bike world - large company. Final answer.
