I think people are selling there bikes for alottt of money. Money that I dont have. Money in the states is hard to get around these days which bums me out because all I wanna do is ride a full suspension bike down my local trails and kill it! Theres not a day that goes by that I dont think mountain biking. So is there an good bikes out there under 1000 dollars? haha I dont even have that much money.

Look used.
You got one of the best online market places for bikes only a click away.

You literally only have to click ONCE.

You can get a pretty good frame for 1000 but a whole bike that is good would be hard to come by.

You never know you can find some good deals.
I would suggest saving up like $1500.

personally id recommend a big hit. got mine for 775

btw i know they arent exactly a total fr bike, but it works! you just gotta man up a bit due to its heavyness. but definitly a workout!

i got my custom 2005 a line for 1100 an all i want to put in is forks, heck, they didn't even need that its just that the 888's were a bit heavy. its a great bike, maybe over kill for wat u want but you could get a six or even a big hit of that vintage for a simular price i am sure

I'd definitly look through pinkbike buy/sell or your local craiglist. Also look at your lbs they should have some 08/09 bikes at cheap prices .However I'm pretty sure rscycle is having a sale on their ironhorse bikes (6point,7point ) which would work great for a budget fr bike

except for the fact that ironhorse is goin to crap so itll be harder to get parts and stuff that you could only get from them.
