they both look like nice bikes but the p2 looks better. its not all about the looks but i dont dirt jump so i cant give you better advice

depends what your riding. the commencal has stupid short chainstays i think too short but that makes it better for street and park. the p2 is more of a all round hardcore hardtail

absolut 1 has adjustable horizontal and vertical dropouts, nice option!
also the hydroformed downtube and triweld at the rear stay/top tube and seattube makes for a super strong interface
the spank wheelset and ibeam saddle are nice upgrades too!

I wud say P2 all the way purly for build quality but the absolut is a very nice frame.

The commencal, buy something with a bit of soul. And it rides better too, well comparison on last years models anyway...
