Any one ever made their own? I need to change the pivot bearings on my Cove Shocker but don't want to spend loads of cash on an expensive tool.

Any ideas?

Got access to a metal lathe? I cut this thing quick at work, one end matches the I.D. of the swingarm to press-out the old bearing, the other end matches the O.D. of the bearing to press-in a new one.

Otherwise, just find a socket that matches the size to push-out the old bearing, and find another socket the right size to push-in the new bearing.

WOW!

I am really not clever or skilled enough to make one of those. I am now thinking of washers and bolts or sockets and bolts. Have to work out the sizes now for the 6001 and 628 bearings.

Thanks
