Grab your bike fool! The Go Huck Yourself “Winter Chill Jam” is in effect again on Feb.24th. Show up to Skatebarn West for our winter series. This jam is intended to keep up the energy level of riding through the winter. Think of this like the Softies Jump Jam, only it’s raining and we will be riding indoors.
For those more adventurous types there is also the Stevens Pass Snow Race on Feb.18th. Yep a downhill biker cross on the snow-it'll be sick.
Winter Chill JamThe “Winter Chill Jam” dates are November 18th, December 9th, and
February 24th. Times of the jam will be around 6:00-10:00pm. We will try to offer as much practice as possible, so show up on time to get the most of your entry fee. Speaking of entry fees, they will be $25.00 Pro and $20.00 Am. The Pro entry goes to the Pro purse and we will be paying out the top three. The top three Ams will receive prizes from such sponsors as Go Huck Yourself/G.H.Y. Bikes, Gravity/FSA, Transition Bikes, Pro Tec, SixSixOne and More!!!
Keep this in mind, the overall Pro winner will receive $750 and the overall Am will receive a Custom Complete Hardtail!
We will be running the jam format at these contests, and will be taking the top 2 out of each group to advance to the finals. Judging will be based on four disciplines 1. Style (the most important of the four) 2. Difficulty (how hard the tricks are) 3. Amplitude (how big your tricks are) 4. Use of course (do you stick to 1 or 2 stunts or the whole course).
Practice those tailwhips, three’s and barspins, then come out to the “Winter Chill Jam” and have an arctic blast with all of us here at Go Huck Yourself.com

we had 100mph winds and 83" inches of new snow out of that storm, but short of another "HUGE" storm like that ,the Feb. 18 date is going to happen.
You don't need Studded tires , just a helmet and any other protection you might wear.
