Get ready! Crankworx returns to Innsbruck for the sixth year and will kick off the Crankworx World Tour once again in 2022.

The only European stop on the Crankworx World Tour, Crankworx Innsbruck brings the best of the best to the foot of the Tyrolean Alps to kick off the season, including the King and Queen of Crankworx and the Crankworx FMBA Slopestyle World Championship.

Innsbruck mixes urban city vibes with big mountain adventure, making it a unique and exciting place to bring together the top names in MTB with the local community for Crankworx good times. Following hot on the heels of the DH World Cup in Leogang, Crankworx Innsbruck expects to once again see a huge number of international pros and top DH teams out to tackle the tracks at Crankworx Innsbruck.

Here's a round up of things we are most excited about for Crankworx Innsbruck this week. Tickets are still available, and if you're still on the fence about whether to come watch in person, read below for motivation.

Reason 1 - Vali Höll will go for Gold! Watch Austria's golden girl shred on home soil this week.

Reason 2 - The fan favorite unofficial scrub off event from last year has now leveled up to become The Unofficial Official Scrub Off happening this Saturday, June 18th. Tickets can be purchased here.

Reason 3 - More than 10 Kidsworx events per day will take place from Thursday, June 16th to Sunday, June 19th.

Reason 4 - Consistently voted the best backdrop for a Crankworx Whip Off event for both riders and spectators, your ticket to the Whip Off (June 15th!) includes free upload and download of the Muttereralmbahn Gondola.

Reason 5 - Crankworx Innsbruck 2021 hosted the biggest female Athlete Roster a Crankworx has ever seen outside Whistler. Check the start lists for this year’s female riders.

Crankworx Innsbruck 22 - Merchandise Course Update

Reason 6 - Two new updates to the course will be ready to challenge riders this year. The 280m course features a start-drop, dirt to dirt (8m distance – replacing the canon log), dirt-stepdown (9m distance), left hip, right hip, whale-tale in, whale-tale out, finish jump (4-5 m), and quarter pipe at the finish coral (new!!).
