After the huge success of GT’s first year supporting the GT Viris youth development team we are happy to announce we will continue supporting the team this season, under the management of Andy Ward of Viris Brand.—Graham Upton, GT Sports Marketing Manager
We're excited to be working with the GT Viris team for 2022 and can't wait to see what these talented young riders get up to. There's a long history of MBUK-supported riders racing on GT bikes, from Rob Warner and co in the ’90s to Al Bond in the 2010s, so it's great to be able to continue this with a new generation of absolute pinners, thanks to Andy and the guys at Viris. The bikes and kit look sick, and we were blown away when we saw the team in action at Revolution Bike Park earlier this month. Best of luck to them!—James Costley-White, Editor Mountain Biking UK
We're stoked to be a part of the Viris GT team for 2022. Racing at any level requires a big time commitment and a lot of energy. Racing as an unsupported privateer, athletes need to manage admin and navigate mechanical issues all while giving their best effort on the bike. Being supported by a team makes a huge difference in an athlete's pursuit of the top step. By supporting the Viris Team we are helping this group of talented athletes focus on just one thing, riding their bikes as fast as they can. Good luck and good racing.”—Matthew Tirrell, RideWrap Marketing Manager
Saddleback and Troy Lee Designs are super proud to support the GT Viris Development Team in 2022. Andy has a proven track record in helping young athletes achieve their goals and we can’t wait to see what the team delivers this year—Oli Hunter, Troy Lee Designs Brand Manager
We're stoked to be supporting the GT Viris Team for the upcoming season! To have such a talented group of riders racing using the best cockpits in the game is awesome!—Duncan Kennedy, Renthal Brand Manager
We're super excited to be on board with Viris GT this year. Without the team having to jump through manufacturer sponsored hoops we can make sure the riders are all on the very best suspension and setups. These guys will be on forks and shocks that most World Cup riders would be jealous of. It's going to be a good year! Lets go!—Jake Ireland, Sprung Suspension
Here at Muc-Off, we’ve supported hundreds of young shredders over the years, as they hone their skills and get prepped for the big time. The GT Viris team have a super-exciting set of riders, who look set to take the National Downhill Series by storm this year, so we’re stoked to be supplying them with the best bike care and maintenance products in the business. The potential in the team is limitless, so we can’t wait to see what they can do this season, with Muc-Off powering them every step of the way.—Alex Trimmel, CEO Muc Off
