plus some people might find it an honor to be top rider at a new company, they will bend over backwards to give you what you want an design a bike for you, specialised can have anyone they want but its not often they will design a new ride for a specific rider.

keeping his mind off certain thigs during the off season, as in why hes not on his demo anymore? The pivots look like good bikes and should be better then a whole lot of stuff out there especialliy with the dw link. Its going to be really wierd after all these years watching him on specialized.... best of luck to you, hope you rip it up 2010!

Hey Colin-S I didn't see you getting a top 10 in slalom or a top 20 in DH. It's easy to be an armchair athlete isn't it? Everybody makes mistakes. I'm guessing even you. So go easy on the guy cuz' he'll still kick your ass!

cant see him doing all WC on this bike tho , there as to be a proto DH bike in the works for him , Mitch and the other rider. this looks like a super nice park bike , not a world cup DHI race bike.

I tend to believe that I like all bikes that have DW Link and look like a sunday =P, the only bike that is fugly and uses DW-L is Turner...

Those bikes are spec'd beautifully. SRAM makes good stuff. I've got my eye on Pivot as one of the top new brands.

He got kicked of Specialized and then Trek. Both make better bikes than Pivot and have way more models to choose from. Too bad, that's what you get for being a dumb-ass and pissing off your sponsors. Don't get me wrong, Kyle Strait is an awesome rider and Pivot bikes are pretty sick too...I'm just sayin' that he was better off on either of those teams.

I got it from an inside industry source. Kyle Strait RIPS on a bike there's no doubt. I just think he must have EF'd up to be downsized to Pivot from Specialized and Trek.

yes cos you've obviously won every single World Cup race and 4X and Slalom race this year, right ? Any Top 20 place is a great result, and i bet you wouldn't even qualify at any of these races, let alone finish in the top 50...
