This bike is so sick and dialed! Really makes me want a Gambler. Do you think it'd make a good freerider if I put on a 36 Van? Impossible to pedal?

Niko Vink seems to do ok on his with a 180 36 
Not the best pedalling bike in the world though, and the BB is very low so you have to consider that.

Actually think my TR250 is lower at 33-36cm vs. the Gambler's 34.5-35.5cm, so that shouldn't be a problem. It would replace my TR250 as my only bike, so the easier it would be to pedal, the better. My TR250 is good enough to pedal for me though, so not too picky. So you think I could cope with the Gambler? 
And yeah, Vink's bike is my biggest inspiration here
