Is that a straight 1 1/8 steerer? How long is it please? Also what bike were these originally off?

Yeah straight steerer, and came off a jump bike I brought. They're not the same as what come on stock bikes

OEM forks are usually what you get with a bike, they are sometimes different to the forks you'd buy from a shop. Sounds like the person you bought the bike off changed the original forks to these right?

Yeah they came off a customised jump bike

Just to clear up, the bike was not a complete build with new forks, it was completely custom.
