Hi, my little sister is about 4'8"ish and she's just about ready to step up to a big bike. Find out where your nearest race is, most of the guys will gladly let you have a seat and little ride round to see what feels best. There is a little bit difference in small with different brands. My small Demo 8 feels a bit bigger than the small Kona Operator or Mondraker summum. Remember you're growing all the time too. There's no Juveniles on 24" bikes at the SDA or BDS. Hope that helps.
