I was wondering if you are selling with the rotors, casette, tires, and all the adapters or what exactly is included and how negotiable are you on price? I picked up a set of these for $650 off here that had five rides on them a few months back and am thinking about picking up a set for my other bike as well. Also, is shipping included or what is shipping to Mesa, AZ?
