Honestly, awesome!
Vast majority is man made, due to the location and weather, but uses a lot of natural rock/slate formations as features.
There's a bit of something for everyone there and it's really well run.
Also, helmet cams don't do the place justice. There's some very, fast rocky & difficult sections.

You can but it's not advised. Best way is just to pop the front end up, a little bit further up, and let the back end follow you off, that way you land into the transition nicely.
