Damnnn, I'm going to do that with my cr250 in my winter.

It's a very involved process. You have to commit.

Yes I know, I did this couple years ago. But I did not powder coat, just rattle can. It still came out great but, it comes off fairly quick with shoe rub, so I would love to try powder coat out this time. Where did you go to get it done?

This is more involved than rattle can. You'll need to replace every bearing on your bike unless you can find a way to press all the old ones out without killing them.

The only local shop I trust is White Powdercoating off 96th in Port Kells. Twice the price, but Mac White, the owner, does twice the job of any other shop. I go to Mac for everything I want done. I've yet to find another shop that gives me a good vibe. Most shops didn't even want to sandblast my stuff first. They wanted me to do it! Haha, no.

The powdercoat will still wear with boot rub, but spend $25 on Amazon and buy a big roll of 3M rock chip tape and you're good to go.
