While as usual, you do have to be ready to share the trail with less well-informed people on foot, the girls had most of the trails totally to themselves. There's miles of quiet natural singletrack to selfishly devour at Sella Ronda. The vintage one-man gondola of Langkofelscharte is one that's not much use to bikers, but still you'll never be short of a lift in these hills.
