i looked at yours a couple of days ago. .i think you where moving a little fast, closer to the camera and that shadow behind you makes the trail look different. i also am goofy foot so i tend to whip that way.
it really does look like a different angle though.
Goofy foot.. that would explain it. To confuse things more, I'm goofy foot (right foot forward) on a skateboard and snowboard, but regular foot (left foot forward) on a bike and slalom waterski... weird...
how do you like your Aurum? I am looking for a new bike for next year. I am not enjoying it. The short list is the 951 dvo (I am getting a stupid deal on it) or a v10...
Skyride giving you the deal on the 951? They offered a good one to me as well, but my budget shrank just before it was new bike time, so I had to go with the Aurum 6.3. It's the lowest spec'd Aurum, but I liked it had the 888CR instead of a Domain or Boxxer RC like many of the other low spec'd bikes. I considered a carbon Operator as well. I did upgrade my brakes to Shimano and shock to an RC4. Now it's a solid, decently spec'd DH bike for a little under 4k!
As for riding.... I love it! Slack geometry and suspension design makes it great on the rough stuff, I went with a medium (my previous Demo 7 was a large), but it is plenty long enough and the smaller frame makes it even quicker in the corners and flickable on the jumps (it's still longer than my large Demo 7). I noticed an immediate increase in my speed right away. I would highly recommend one.
