Hi. I guess it is from the mid 90s. No rust inside. It is not a mint, collector item but a very rideable frame. V brakes. I would keep it if my 27.2 dropper post would fit. I am 6 ft tall, 175pounds. Be quick if you want it under the Xmass tree. I also have the Equipe frame. Taller frame and better quality.

 What year would you say the frame is ? Any rust inside it ? How tall are you to ride the 18.5 frame?
