 You are my vicarious hero for my fiance. Cracked a helmet, ripped up my knee and arm on a trail feature called the "toilet bowl" and she told me a girl wouldn't take that chance. I'm going to show her this and then sleep on the couch tonight. YOU ARE AWESOME!

 Boob shadow? Yes! Those side injuries are always annoying!

 Don't I wish -- more like shoulder shadow as I could only get that arm out of the way by sliding my entire shoulder forward. #ouch
