Looking at picking up Banshee again --- used to sell them during the early days of FR and DH, back when Banshee was the Hummer, tank proof heavy... diggin' the new stuff. Input welcome if you own one.
that was my Banshee of the day --- I think it was 45lbs with what seemed like a light build for the most part. I beat the crap outta it and it never failed me but, I do recall it being quite a bit heavier than anything else I did with that kind of travel and freeridey-ness.
stuff they're putting out today looks waaaay better.
The best producer of aluminium frames around imo. Their geo is also great, especially on 29ers. They are popular on the North Shore so you know they are bombproof.
