Ok buddy lets get real. If you had the cash to put the parts that you have listed up above you wouldnt have bought a Katmandu, unless you are completely retarded. Those upgrades you listed will cme to about 1300 bucks. If you do have this money, dont waste your time with a POS like this and go buy a good beginners bike. A P1 or P2, would be right up your alley.

 what's going on that is a white Gold Label 1, redline device cranks, red odyssey sprocket, maybe new white WTP saddle, and a real tensioner.

 I'd get a new frame and fork first, then it would be atleast decent
