Thanks! Only things to change is the cranks for slx, front magic mary tire,xt cassette and convert the fork to float rc2 with blue heritage decals, but I love this bike!

Cool! the Magic Mary is awesome on the front, It gives you grip like you would never think possible....

the magic mary is a slower rolling tyre than the Hans Dampf, but it has a lot more grip. The slower rolling rate is not really noticeable with the mary on the front, but if you put one on the back it is very difficult to ride. I am not really sure if I like the Hans dampf as much as the nobby nic, which is my usual choice for my winter tyres. When it dries out properly here, I will be putting a rock razor on the back. I ran one last summer, it is excellent!
