There are two companies that are capable of making respectable hex wrenches.
Those wrenches in the pic are from none of those companies.

 ...and some Lifu which are surprisingly good quality

 Next time you shop tools, have a look at PB-Swiss and Stahlwille.
PB-Swiss makes the by far best wrenches, screwdrivers, and chisels/punches.
Stahlwille is the #1 for spanners and socket wrenches.

Those are both stuff that you buy for life, so fairly cheap in the long run in spite of the initial cost.
