Well get to it quick, Lambert takes forever you get shocks rebuilt. Last season I sent my Monarch in and it's took 5 weeks

Even if you call SRAM about the issue they won't do anything for you. They just tell you to deal with Lambert because they are SRAM's warranty/service/distributor for Canada. Best of luck though, hope you get it sorted quickly.
