EDIT: I designed this helmet to avoid the cliché "Danny's from the UK, let's plaster the thing with UK flags and red and blue and white...". It doesn't use baby blue to reference his Mondraker/Alpinestars kit, as he won't be wearing that at the World Championships. It is designed to be a more neutral, uncrowded helmet. I hope this clears a few queries up that people had. A helmet design inspired by Danny's unbelievable run at Champery in 2011. The top of the helmet features an overlay of quotes pulled from the commentary of the run. Having hints of the UCI stripes around each side of the helmet, as well as keeping logos out of the goggle strap area played important roles in this design. I hope you enjoy it!
