Got to love PVC! Saw it online and converted to put two bikes in the element. Put one seat up or out and then there is room for two in car and no real chance of theft...
I was partial to the blue deity bars but like losing the front end weight with the carbon and stem change. Also digging the fact that all blue parts are subtle accents over blam-o with the bars. Next up: wheels.... But those require money.
Yours is still in the fridge curing. I went another route than expected: pancetta and capacola ham... Both need about 3 more months but they are looking good and funky! Hopefully I get some white fuzz growing off them
Started on the meat again. The blue did look great on that frame. I'm with you though that I'd rather have the performance. My next purchase might be a Twenty6 stem and SixC bars.
Back to meat though, I just ordered that book, Charcuterie, and found out I buy beef and pork from local ranchers that have their cows grazing in the hills I ride.
