Preservation of Americana - Who doesn't appreciate architecture and construction that in some cases is 100 years old? Nothing chaps my arse like tearing down the old and building the new. I for one am so glad that these old small American towns retain their history and irreplaceable character. The CJ Richardson building looked to be touched for the most part since being established in 1901.
