 I am terribly sorry Chef... I have been unable to make a batch that has much to spare, it seems to disappear. The most I've had at one time is 3.25 pounds of fresh meat. I missed the farmers market this weekend and will be missing it the next. Maybe I can visit the ranch and pick up some meat. There is a high demand for my meat. Next batch there will be a quart baggie for you!
