I bet you get a new frame i had the same issue with my Norco.

If they don't replace the frame, I will fix it myself. I won't pay for their guidance! It should be an easy fix, if i can find about 8 inches of raw carbon wrap and lacquer which shouldn't be hard at all.

Ibis is out of HD front triangles in med. They are more than happy to do a crash replacement on a hdr frame.
