my fireeye hottail got the same issue when I try the MRP G3,but not as much as yours,so I just put three space washers(about 0.5mm) between them,problem solved!
PS:My issue is with the MRP,not the chain ring.

This reminds me a of a short period of time where I ran an 83mm crankset with 7 spacers on it. no clearance issues there. Just chainline issues.
