Cali will always be in danger of a drought. At this rate, if the rain continues, it will help a lot, there's already a lot of snow on the mountains, but we have a lot of ground to make up.

Well, that snow is what will help the most as it starts to melt off.
But, yes I assume the drought is easily 5 years behind what is necessary!

Yea, I'm hopefully we get a little ahead of it all, but with the climate of the state and the number of people/agriculture that live here, water will always be an issue.
