Spent several hours hand buffing the raw alluminum frame to a uniform bright luster and decided it was good enough.  The factory had sanded the frame with a heavy grit wheel leaving lots of deep scratches.  I wasn't comfortable sanding off that much material just to get it to a smooth polish.  I'd probably crash and scratch on the maiden voyage any way, lol.

 2013 - 2015 Diamondback Mason 29 - Medium, being built as a 650b/27.5. The geometry is posted in one of the other photos. With the exception of this and the DB8 downhill, most of their frames are meh. However, they changed the Mason from 29 to 27.5+ recently.
