 @FIVE8FIVE: After some nosing around the Interweb and some good intuition. I found that it was a tire produced in 2000. Based on an old school bmx freestyle design, remodeled for use with more modern parks and dirt jumping. Not manufactured since 2007, panarecer produced allot tho and some can still be purchased today.

This is the only place i could find a new one for sale. (online anyway) The shop is in Poland

 @Bomb-Boy-1985: Wow! Nice job on the research! It's a cool tire, good grab on the road...I really don't take this bike on my trails as they are waaaay too rocky...I really, really gotta finish my Stinky for the rocky trails. I'm just lazy.
I have a nice XTR hydro disc set for it, but need a rear derailleur, I want an old school XTR rear derailleur...new BB...and some new riser bars...then I'll have to have the LBS throw it all together for me. I thought of robbin' all the parts from my Intense M1 and havin' them install on the Stinky...the M1 has gnarly dents on the downtube, and sags like 90 year old boobs when I sit on it with my 225 pound ass...I have too many damn projects! I try to prioritize, but my poor Stinky always seems to get put on the back burner...
