Norco 125 refresh complete, the bike looks and feels like a night and day difference from when it was purchased. Frame was completely stripped down, cleaned and re-greased (crankset/headset) Cog/chainset/chain cog were cleaned and re-greased. New shifter cables + brake cable line and housing replaced, derailleur cleaned and adjusted. New Truvativ Hussefelt stem and knolly bar installed. New seat and better pedals installed as well. Fork oil + seals still left to be done but that's a project for later this summer
